This English Tudor style home in the Luanda Bay Area of Palos Verdes was already full of the charm that my clients were after. The goal was simply to enhance the standing style and add some additional charm and upgrades where needed.

We wanted a juxtapose between the old classic style of the Tudor with a more contemporary functional approach. Essentially we wanted to make statements without trying too hard. It needed to blend. We needed some brightness, so after removing part creating an upper loft and gaining windows, we opted for a clean and classic white and brought in even more light with some modern cable lighting, we added herringbone in the entry for that English feel, a fun pop of Kelly green for the Laundry floor, a reclaimed barn door to the primary bath, corbel details in the doorways. Basically, we simply gave this the TLC that it deserved and they were in love with the outcome.
