We worked with C and C Partners, a design build group in the area to design this home tucked away in the tree section of el Segundo. This home was designed for a sweet family of four primarily based on function and who’s goal was an open concept where they could entertain and be the go to house for years to come.

Symmetry was one of our main priorities as everything visually needed to make sense and create cohesion. We selected a color palette of winter blues, gentle greys, and crisp whites, texture with chiseled stone and intricate glass mosaics, ceiling treatments that gave ode to traditional homes but paired with contemporary metals and woods. The openness was an architectural win and gave us the blank slate to work with and create this gorgeous modern craftsman home.
